Poorly prepared evictions proceedings will guarantee problems for the landlord if the eviction action was not properly executed from the start.  The 3/30/60 day notices must meet all technical requirements, service of the notice must meet all legal standards and rent amounts must be calculated with precision. Although eviction trials are usually quick and deal with the issue of possession, they are nevertheless potentially complicated trials. Evidence needs to be properly presented, authenticated and argued. We regularly prepare and carry out eviction trials and understand the skill set necessary to properly execute a trial and deliver a judgment for possession. We can help you avoid common problems and mistakes, and find the best cost-effective strategy.
